The following terms and conditions apply for all orders placed in the webshop on loeppenthin.com.

After placing an order, loeppenthin.com will send you an email, which confirms receipt of the order and contains the details of the order. 

Prices and payment

All prices stated on loeppenthin.com are in USD and inclusive 25% Danish VAT. Shipping costs are not included. 

Loeppenthin.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

The payment will be collected after the order has been shipped.

In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. 

Warranty

Loeppenthin.com will give a two-year guarantee on all products. I recommend that you do not sleep or shower with the jewelry, and that you store them in a box in your bedroom, when you are not wearing them.

The warranty does not include oxidisation of silver, which is a natural process that will happen over time. This can be polished away with a cloth and some silver cleaner.

The warranty also does not include pieces of amber which is a porous material, that might get small cracks over time.
