Delivery

Loeppenthin.com offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Your order will be delivered inside Denmark within 3-5 working days, the EU within 10 working days and outside the EU within 14 working days. 

Loeppenthin.com can not be held responsible if the package is delayed because it is held up in customs. 

If your package does not show up within the promised timeframe, please contact me on jloppen@gmail.com, and I will help you locate the parcel.

I will make sure to wrap your jewelry in a way that protects them during transit, but sometimes damage does occur. If the jewelry is damaged when you receive it, please contact me. I will replace it with a new one and refund your shipping costs.

Returns

You can return unworn jewlery within 14 days counting from the day you recieve it. Please send an email to jloppen@gmail.com if you wish to return your order. After noticing me you have another 14 days to make the return.

The jewelry should be returned in the original packaging. You are allowed to try the jewelry on, but other than that it should be unused if you want a full refund. If the jewelry is damaged, the return amount can be reduced.

I will refund to the credit card you used when placing the order.

You are responsible for the return costs.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your order please send an email to jloppen@gmail.com regarding the exchange.

You are responsible for the return costs when sending the jewelry back to me. After recieving it, I will send your new jewelry to you and pay the new shipping costs. This can be done one time. 

Please send the exchange item to the address above.
